What is Lab Pro Sodium Sulfate Anhydrous?

Lab Pro Sodium Sulfate Anhydrous is an inorganic sulfate salt supplied as a white crystalline powder or crystals. It is primarily used as a drying agent for non-aqueous solvents by removing residual moisture. Due to its physical and chemical properties, it is also used in glass manufacturing, textile processing, detergent formulation, and paper pulping processes.

This product is hygroscopic and readily absorbs moisture from the environment, converting to its hydrated form. Upon heating, the hydrated form reverts to the anhydrous state.
